Allergens / Key Ingredients
Cream (MILK), sugar, liquid glucose, made from corn starch but is suitable for coeliacs (due to the production process, it may contain NUTS), and chocolate, MILK, white and dark (soy, lactose, fully refined soya bean oil/ fat, Lecithin, vanillin, fructose) The stem ginger may contain NUTS due to the production process in the factory. SULPHUR DIOXIDE is used in the production process of dried fruits, such as raisins, sultanas, currants, cherries and apricots. SULPHUR DIOXIDE may cause a reaction if you have asthma.
I cannot guarantee that the fudge is Gluten or Nut Free as it is made in a kitchen that uses FLOUR and NUTS. Cross contamination is always a possibility, though not intentional.
