Established in 2015, the Exmoor Fudge Kitchen makes deliciously smooth artisan fudge. We do not use any additives, colours or preservatives.
We source local award-winning cream from Gundenham Dairy in Wellington to make the fudge. Other local ingredients include, Exmoor Heather Honey, Wicked Wolf Gin, Blackmoor Rum, Miles Italian Expresso Coffee, Chillies from North Devon, Elderflower and Blackberries from hedgerows, Discovery Apples and Blackcurrant's from our garden.
We have over thirty different flavours of fudge which are available to order in 150g biodegradable bags as well as Dairy Free Fudge, which can be ordered on request from our website.
